USER AGREEMENT - TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. By paying a subscription to this site you become a Member and agree to be bound by this Agreement. The Agreement is subject to change by Enterprise Advisory Service International (EASI) at any time and changes are effective upon notice to each Member.

2. The fee for a Membership for an Individual or organisation is £69.99 per annum (and at the same level for any subscriber from any country using a different currency, charged at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of subscription) with the exception of a Membership granted to an individual or organisation which wishes to use the service in order to advise its own Members or Clients. The cost, in such cases for Intermediaries is set at £150 per annum and entitles them to service up to 150 of their own Members or Clients for a period of twelve months.

3. At its sole discretion EASI may offer subscriptions for periods of less than twelve months and also may offer users of the services access on special terms and make any arrangement it chooses with other organisations in such a respect.

4. Access to the site is through a combination of an ID (usually the Member's Email address) and a password chosen by the Member. The Member is required to keep his/her password secret and not disclose it to any third party.

5. Unless and until this Agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms herein the Member authorizes EASI to charge his/her credit card, or other approved facility, to pay for the ongoing cost of membership.

6. Membership will be renewed automatically on the expiry of the orginal subscription either for a period of one year at the rate shown in Clause 2 above or, for the same period as the original subscription and at that cost, on a continuing basis until such time as the Member requests subscription cancellation in writing at least 14 days prior to the next anniversary of the membership subscription. The member agrees that in the absence of such pre-notification then GovGrants.com may reasonably renew membership in the manner as herein described .

7. Membership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.

8. Either party may cancel this Agreement at any time by giving notice in writing to the other party by Email or conventional mail. No refund will be given by EASI in respect of any unexpired term.

9. EASI researches carefully and diligently the support for business measures available to enterprises in the UK, Eire and the USA but cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions.

10. No guarantees are offered by EASI that any application for funding or support will be successful.

11. No warranty is made by EASI regarding any information, services or products provided through or in connection with the service and EASI hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties including and without limitation any warranties as to the availability accuracy or content of information products or services.

12. In the event that our information service proves unavailable due to technical reasons a period not less than that of such non availability will be automatically added to the subscribers Membership period. Additionally, during any such period of technical difficulty Members are eligible to request a tailor made research to identify any or all potential support for their particular business requirement at no extra cost to their membership subscription.

13. All responsibility or liability for any damage caused by viruses contained within the electronic files at this site or any participating site is disclaimed.

14. The site contains links to other Internet sites. EASI does not warrant the accuracy or availability of these sites at any time. All links are regularly reviewed and amended or removed as appropriate and others added.

15. The Helpline will be manned during normal UK office hours. Email enquiries and questions are welcomed and may be made at any time. They will be answered at the first available opportunity.

16. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England.
